  • Age and Conduct: The primary applicant must be at least 18 years old, with a clean criminal record and no history of personal misconduct.
  • Financial Requirements: The applicant must demonstrate assets totaling €500,000, including €150,000 in liquid financial assets.
  • Health Insurance: Health insurance is mandatory for all applicants.
